Full Access to Photo Library By Subscription

We grant full access to our ‘photogolf.eu’ photo library of AnyGolfClub Golf Course, by annual subscription.

Currently our library contains some [number] photographs of the golf course taken in [date]. We have already processed one image of each hole in Photoshop. These will be immediately available under the subscription. Other images are available unprocessed, for enhancement by your marketing department/consultants, to suit the purpose for which they are to be used. Alternatively, we will process them (see prices, below).

AnyGolfClub Golf Club would have unlimited rights to each image during the subscription period.

Subscription prices

Full access to our photo library (on a course by course basis) for the duration of subscription period is priced at:

i)          3 years - £1,199/€1,699 per course p.a.

ii)          5 years - £999/€1,399 per course p.a.

Update Service

During the subscription period, on request we will re-shoot the course for £500/€800 per photographer day (one day recommended), plus travel, board and lodging expenses, provided the subscription is extended for at least 3/5 years (on the first renewal without increase from the rates originally chargeable, subsequently at our prevailing rates).

Rights to individual images

5 year rights are available according to size, as follows:

Other Services

Studio Work

£275/€400 per studio day will be charged for specialist work (e.g. image enhancement with Photoshop, the creation of panorama photos, etc.). A guide price is approximately £13.50/€20 per image enhanced and £70/€100 per panorama.

Prints

Prints (including limited edition prints for re-sale) are supplied on request, priced according to quantity and the purpose for which they are required. As a guide: we will produce A4 prints (unframed) for the higher of £7/€10 per print or 50% of the price at which the club/pro sells them on to third parties; Super A3 prints (unframed) for the higher of £33.33/€50 or 50% ditto, and large size prints from between £166/€250 and £333/€500 depending on size or 50% ditto.  Signed limited editions would be priced higher. Postage and packing from the UK is charged extra and a framing service is available. Quantity discounts are possible.

Merchandise

Other arrangements, including screensavers, postcards, calendars, web sites etc., by negotiation.

Format

All our library photographs are digital and are supplied to subscription customers in high resolution jpeg format (300dpi). An exception are super resolution ‘tiff’ files (which would normally only be required for large scale reproduction e.g. for advertisements sized in excess of Super A3); these tiff files are available for £200/€300 per image, with quantity discounts as listed in ‘Rights to Individual Images’, above.

Payment terms

i)                     annual subscription – first instalment on signature of agreement, with subsequent instalments payable on anniversary date;

ii)                   re-shoot fee – on signature of agreement for re-shoot (i.e. in advance of re-shoot);

iii)                  annual subscription following re-shoot – on the next anniversary of the start of original subscription period, the subscripton amount is adjusted and payable pro rata for the period from the original subscription renewal date to the first anniversary of the re-shoot date, after which subsequent instalments are payable at the full annual amount on the anniversary of the re-shoot date;

iv)                  expenses – payable within 30 days of our invoice date.

v)                   Prints: 50% on placing order; 50% 1 week before delivery.

vi)                  Other services: if subscription is in place, payable within 30 days of our invoice date; if not, 1 week before delivery.

Subscription renewal payments are payable by direct debit to our bank account in Ireland. We require you to sign a form of instruction to your bank, to cover this,

Rights granted, credits and copyright

The above prices are for non-exclusive 3/5 year rights to our photos. Exclusive rights are available at additional cost. The rights expire at on the 3^rd/5^th anniversary of the end of the subscription period.

Images published by AnyGolfClub under this arrangement must always be accompanied by a credit to www.photogolf.eu  (which may be small but must be legible).

Without prejudice to our rights under this arrangement, if payments are not made within our payment terms, AnyGolfClub’s rights to our images will be terminated forthwith.

The copyright to our images is and will remain the property of Beckenham Publishing Limited throughout the period(s) covered by these arrangements.

Special Offer - The Pocket Guide to Golf Courses

During the period of a photo subscription, copies of books in The Pocket Guide to Golf Course series are available to AnyGolfClub (in multiples of 100) at £7.00/€10.00 per book (RRP £14.99/€21.75). Higher prices for lower quantities.

If photographs are purchased, but no subscription is in place, the books are priced (in multiples of 100) at £9.00/€12.50 per copy.

The above prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at standard UK rates (currently 17.5% for photography and 0% for books). These arrangements between Beckenham Publishing Limited and AnyGolfClub apply only to photographs of AnyGolfClub golf course and are governed by the laws of England. Euro conversions from Sterling prices are approximate and subject to prevailing exchange rates.
